In 2008 I decided that I wanted to visit two new countries every year. Indefinitely. Despite my crazy schedule and school, I have somehow managed to visit pull this off. My criteria for visiting a country is staying in the new country for more than seven days — I’ve been to a bunch of countries for < 48 hours that I don’t count. I try to get a sense of the culture, find out how friendly the people are, and see a few sights before I make a judgment.
